Bush wants to send at least 20 000 troops in Irak to enforce security in Baghdad. This is the new, stupid policy of the US president for Iraq.
More Americans around 61% are against this new Iraq policy by Bush administration. No weapons of mass destruction n still George Bush is adamant on continuing his War on Terrorism. “Surgical strikes” we heard in the beginning of the war but the number of casualties + Iraqi deaths + those “suspects” at Guantanamo + death of American troops is far more than the number of persons killed in the September 11 attacks.
More troops is not the solution. This will in fact create more problems in Iraq, a country which is already on the verge of a Civil war.
In trying to be credible at any cost, George Bush is not winning his War on Terrorism. Militias n insurgency will not end with more American presence there. On the country they will grow faster.
Just hope the Democrats n the people of America win in their opposition against this policy!
